1. Remove the wheels from the skateboard.
2. Take apart the bearings and remove the rubber shield.
3. Place the bearings in a container filled with rubbing alcohol.
4. Let the bearings soak for 5-10 minutes.
5. Take the bearings out of the alcohol and dry them with a clean cloth.
6. Place a few drops of skate bearing oil or lubricant on each bearing.
7. Place the rubber shield back on the bearings and reassemble.
8. Reattach the wheels to the skateboard and enjoy!
